Prepare the Package
Carefully repackage your items in their original boxes with all protective padding to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely fasten it to the outside of your package, covering any previous labels.
Drop Off and Refund
Leave your package at any authorized carrier location; once our team inspects the return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
